Answers before you ask

What is your minimum order quantity?

50 sets (pieces) per model is our standard minimum. Mixed items can be combined in one container, so tell us your full list and we will quote it as one shipment.

How long does production take?

15 working days is our standard lead time, in peak and off-peak season. The confirmed date is written into your proforma invoice and contract.

Can you customise colour, size and finish?

Yes. We support OEM and ODM and can work from your sample, from your drawings, or as a full custom project. Minor customisation — a colour, a fabric, a logo plaque — is just as welcome as a new development.

Which certifications do you hold?

Our product certification is CE, with certificates verified on our storefront, and a CTI audit report for our trading capacity. Tell us which standard your market requires and we will confirm exactly what documentation we can supply for your order.

What are your payment and shipping terms?

L/C, T/T and PayPal. FOB, CIF and EXW. Our nearest port is Shenzhen, and we prepare the export document set for your customs broker.

Can you load mixed items in one container?

Yes. Chairs, tables and props can be planned into a single load, and we share the loading plan with you before shipment so you know exactly what is on board.

Do you supply samples?

Samples are available. Sample cost and timing are confirmed at enquiry, and sample charges are normally discussed as part of the order.

What warranty do you provide?

Warranty terms are stated in the sales contract for each order. Ask for the current warranty statement together with your quotation and we will include it with the offer.
